核心内容提要	早期积极的液体复苏是急性重症胰腺炎液体治疗关键, 但是过度补液会导致肺水肿、胰腺坏死、液体积聚、器官衰竭等严重并发症, 因此, 选择合适的检测指标对补液进行指导十分重要. 本研究采用前瞻性随机对照方式, 探讨以PiCCO联合ScvO2检测为指导的SAP早期液体治疗效果.
