核心内容提要	研究发现丁酸可以抑制溃疡性结肠炎, 但对其机制并不清楚, 本文结合近年来的研究进展, 发现其主要原因是, 首先丁酸可以激活G蛋白偶联受体, 此外可以激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体, 另外它也具有促进组蛋白乙酰化的作用.
