| 核心内容提要 |
直肠神经内分泌肿瘤(neuroendocrine tumors, NETs)多为高分化的G1、G2级肿瘤, 因其具有一定的转移能力, 故仍属于恶性肿瘤范畴. 近年来随着消化内镜诊疗技术的进展和普及, 直肠NETs的早期检出率显著上升, 且绝大部分病变能够获得完整切除, 极大地提高了疾病的治愈率. |
