核心内容提要	近年来, 研究认为Sirt家族蛋白参与肠道炎症反应、肠屏障损伤修复以及调节肠道动力等多个过程. 本文结合文献研究, 对Sirt家族在溃疡性结肠炎、结直肠癌等肠道疾病中的作用进行了综述, 对揭示相关疾病的发病机理、筛选疾病的临床标志物、鉴定药物的靶点等方面具有重要意义及参考价值.
