核心内容提要 本文就长链非编码RNAs(long non-coding RNAs, lncRNAs)生长阻滞特异性转录因子5(growth arrest-special transcript 5, GAS5)在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述. GAS5通过一系列复杂的机制参与多种肿瘤发生、进展、远处转移及化疗耐药的调控, 该lncRNAs有可能成为肿瘤防治的新型靶标.
