核心内容提要	肠道微生物是微生物抗原和活化免疫细胞的储存库, 这些细胞参与了多种全身免疫介导的疾病的发病机制. 自身免疫性肝炎可能由肠道功能障碍、肠通透性增加以及微生物和自身抗原之间的分子模拟引起或维持. 多种药物、分子、饮食和益生菌干预可以改变肠道微生物群并减弱免疫应答. 肠道微生物在自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver disease, AILD)中的作用值得进行深入的研究, 并且将寻求新的治疗方法, 如抗生素、益生菌、粪便移植有望成为治疗的新靶点, 以改善AILD的预后.
