| 核心内容提要 |
本研究选择慢性非萎缩性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、早期胃癌及进展期胃癌患者的组织标本及胃液标本，利用甲基化特异性PCR的方法研究了ELMO1基因甲基化异化的发生情况，结果是：ELMO1基因甲基化异化在胃癌发生率达90%以上，早期胃癌为86.7%，并且在胃液标本的甲基化检出率与组织标本具有一致性。结果提示ELMO1基因甲基化可作为胃癌的分子诊断靶标，通过胃液检测ELMO1基因甲基化可用于胃癌的早期诊断。 |
