核心内容提要 肠道菌群失调是炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases, IBD)发病的重要因素, 微生态疗法对IBD治疗有重要意义. MSCs除了免疫调控还有助于重塑肠道菌群, 同时菌群对MSCs也起着重要调控作用. 因此在IBD环境背景下, MSCs与微生态疗法的联合应用可能会取得更好的临床效果.
