核心内容提要	国外多项研究表明, 非选择性β受体阻滞剂(non-selective β-blockers, NSBBs)还可明显减轻全身性炎症反应, 但尚未明确NSBBs对全身性炎症的抗炎作用是否有助于改善此类临床结局. 因此, 本研究采用竞争风险模型分析NSBBs对晚期慢性肝病炎症因子及预后的影响, 以供临床借鉴.
