核心内容提要	冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)术后需长期进行抗血小板治疗.然而, 长期抗血小板治疗易引发系列消化道症状, 四联抗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)是治疗H. pylori阳性的上消化道黏膜损害患者的基础疗法. 益生菌联合抗H. pylori治疗, 可有效改善患者肠道微生态, 提高H. pylori根除率及溃疡愈合质量. 本研究拟定益生菌抗H. pylori能改善冠心病长期抗血小板所致上消化道黏膜损害, 通过对照试验进行论证.
