核心内容提要	急性胰腺炎病程早期的系统性炎症反应常导致肠道微生态紊乱、肠屏障功能障碍和致病菌移位, 许多研究提示患者肠道菌群组成与血清炎症因子水平和疾病严重程度相关. 恢复肠道共生菌群稳态可能是缓解急性胰腺炎患者肠道功能衰竭, 以及减少“二次打击”的潜在策略. 基于肠道微生态治疗的临床转化仍有待严格的因果推断实验和大样本的前瞻性研究加以证实.
