荷花碱(neferine, NeF)作为一种有效的抗氧化剂和抗炎剂, 可以抑制酒精性肝损伤(alcoholic liver injury, ALI)小鼠肝脏中的氧化和炎症现象. 尽管本研究揭示了NeF的多重保护机制, 仍需进一步探讨其生物利用度及组织特异性分布. 未来研究可结合基因敲除模型验证关键信号节点的作用, 并通过结构修饰优化其药代动力学特性, 为其在ALI临床应用奠定基础. |
