核心内容提要	对于肝移植后中高位胆管狭窄或胆管严重狭窄导致内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, ERCP)插管困难的患者, 采用经皮经肝穿刺置入导丝联合ERCP(会师技术), 能显著提高中高位胆管狭窄或胆管严重狭窄ERCP置入支架的成功率, 降低胰腺炎发生率. 因此, 会师技术在临床实践中广泛推广和应用.
