核心内容提要	本研究首次探索了术前中性粒细胞血小板评分(modified neutrophil-platelet score, MNPs)在结直肠患者预后中的临床价值. 我们的研究结果表明, 术前MNPs是结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)的独立预后因素, 高MNPs与CRC患者低总生存期和低无复发生存期相关. 而在临床预测结果方面, MNPs较NLR、PLR、SIR来说, 其预测价值更优.
