核心内容提要 近年细胞凋亡、坏死下垂、焦亡、铁下垂、铜凋亡、泛凋亡和免疫原性细胞死亡等在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)患者中被广泛研究. 本文重点介绍程序性细胞死亡(programmed cell death, PCD)导致HCC的细胞死亡机制, 在HCC中的双刃剑作用及PCD在HCC抗肿瘤治疗中的作用.
