| 核心内容提要 |
肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell, HSC)的活化及其导致的纤维化, 是代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, MASLD)向肝硬化演变的核心. 近年的研究明确了HSC活化不仅是细胞形态的变化, 更本质上是代谢模式的切换(如乙酸代谢轴的驱动)以及由此引发的长期“致病记忆”. 虽然空间组学技术让我们了解不同位置的HSC具有不同的功能, 且针对特定代谢酶或修饰酶的新型抑制剂已在动物实验中初显成效, 但临床转化仍面临重重挑战. 通过多学科交叉手段深入解析HSC的调控网络, 将为MASLD相关肝纤维化的防治带来新希望. |
