核心内容提要	本研究发现急性下消化道出血在男性中常见, 老年人为多发人群, 病因多为肠道炎症、结直肠息肉, 出血多以黑便、鲜红色血便、暗红色血便为主. 对于疑似急性下消化道出血患者, 可通过口服泻药清洁肠道进行诊断能减少误诊率、漏诊率.
