核心内容提要 研究表明, 环氧合酶(cyclooxygenase, COXs)-2及其代谢产物前列腺素以及脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase, LOXs)介导的花生四烯酸代谢产物白三烯和羟-6,8,11,14-二十碳四烯酸对多种肿瘤的发生发展有重要作用. 因此, 联合应用COXs-2抑制剂和LOXs抑制剂,特别是COXs-2和LOXs双效抑制剂的应用, 为抗肿瘤作用研究开辟了广阔的前景.
