溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)是一种炎症性疾病, 目前美沙拉嗪是治疗UC的常用药物, 随着中医的发展, 从中医角度治疗UC获得了一定疗效, 但目前关于中西医结合治疗方面的报道较少, 且缺乏治疗机理方面的研究, 本研究通过分析甘草泻心汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗UC的疗效, 旨在进一步研究中医治疗机理. |
