研究表明胰腺癌高致死性归因于由免疫抑制微环境, T细胞浸润低和基因突变负荷低等因素驱动而获得的肿瘤免疫特权. 目前, 各种新的免疫治疗的手段如免疫检查点阻断剂, 过继性细胞疗法和肿瘤疫苗等已进入临床或临床前期阶段, 都有希望成为提高胰腺癌患者救治率的新治疗策略. |
