核心内容提要	胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)已成为全球性慢性疾病, 而且发病率在逐年升高, 患病人群在逐渐扩大. GERD的病因、发病机制、临床表现以及对治疗的反应均显示出高度的异质性或个体间差异; 与其他疾病重叠存在; 虽有当今丰富、高效的诊疗手段, 但仍有一部分患者的症状及生活质量未达到明显改善. 以上决定了GERD需要个体化诊疗, 为患者作出正确的诊断、提供正确的治疗方案, 从而达到预后改善和费用最小化的目的. 个体化诊疗将成为GERD领域未来的研究方向.
