在本研究中对胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)高危人群进行血清PG、Mg7-Ag与CEA三者联合检测, 筛查出阳性患者, 再行高清ME-NBI内镜检查及活检, 可明显提高早期GC的检出率, 避免不必要的胃镜检查, 节约医疗资源, 适合在基层县级医院广泛推广. |
