嘌呤能信号及其受体在肠道神经元系统和上皮细胞中广泛分布和和表达，并通过免疫、疼痛等机制参与炎症性肠炎的病理过程，在炎症性肠炎的发病机制中发挥了重要作用。研究嘌呤能受体在炎症性肠炎中的具体作用机制，将为其治疗提供新的思路和途径。本文根据最新关于嘌呤能信号在IBD发病中的研究进展，就嘌呤能信号在炎症性肠病中的作用进行了综述。 |
