核心内容提要	当肝细胞受损, 血清丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase, ALT)即可由肝细胞内释放到血液中, 此时, 血清ALT活性升高. 然而, 有报道指出, 血清ALT活性变化的幅度有时与肝病临床表现不一致, 我们将此现象称之为血清ALT活性逆向变化. 研究血清ALT活性逆向变化的意义将有利于人们重新认识血清ALT活性在肝病诊断中的作用, 最终达到提高肝脏疾病诊断准确性的目的.
