| 核心内容提要 |
胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)术后合理饮食对改善患者的生活质量和延长生存期有着显著的作用. 在我国, 临床指导患者术后饮食禁忌等方面, 发现结合传统中医食疗验方能够很好地缓解现代医疗手段无法达到的改善患者术后水肿炎症状态、免疫抑制、骨髓抑制等症状. 中医汤药在GC术后改善患者机体功能上有很大的突破, 而传统“药食同源”的药膳饮食理念还鲜少报道. 因此, 系统性地认识现代医学和传统中医食疗饮食的差异和运用现状, 有其必要性. |
