| 核心内容提要 |
我国是食管癌高发地区之一, 同步放化疗是治疗晚期食管癌的主要方法, 但会加剧患者营养不良状况, 影响治疗效果. 早期肠内营养通过补充机体能量与营养素, 有助于改善患者营养状况, 提高放化疗精确性与敏感性. 但目前文献报道多集中于免疫功能、营养状况、近期疗效等方面, 少有从肠黏膜屏障功能进行比较的文献报道. 本文以肠黏膜屏障功能、血清营养学指标为切入点, 分析早期肠内营养干预在晚期食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用效果. |
