| 核心内容提要 |
食用油在维持机体肠道菌群平衡中起了重要作用, 其摄入过量已证实与多种慢性代谢性疾病密切相关. 本文从积累、代谢、肠道微生物等方面述评其致病机制, 深入研究后揭示食用油摄入不当会引发脂质代谢紊乱、慢性炎症、血管内皮损伤、肠道菌群失衡等, 最终导致相关慢性代谢病的发生发展, 并提出可通过靶向肠道菌群的变化制定符合国情的膳食策略. |
