本文通过对郑州大学第一附属院近6年的50例缺血性结肠炎(ischemic colitis, IC)患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析, 发现3例少见的合并特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者, 全面了解患者可能的危险因素及早期结肠镜、活检检查(48 h内)有助于早期识别IC. |
