青年患者自发性肠穿孔少见, 穿孔部位隆起表面有溃疡, 覆厚苔、干净, 周围炎症反应重, 超声内镜可直接探查穿孔处管壁各层次结构, 与一般肠道溃疡特点不同. 考虑到该病例临床内镜资料少, 有很好临床指导意义, 以供临床消化内科医师参考. |
