大量的临床研究证实, 动脉化疗栓塞(Transarterial chemoembolization, TACE)作为局部灌注化疗, 在其 治疗乙肝病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV)DNA阴性(HBVR)-肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)过程 中会导致HBV的再激活, 同时主张在 TACE术前或(和)后给予抗病毒治疗, 可有效降低HBV病毒再激活, 延长TACE术后HBVR-HCC的总体存活时间. |
