核心内容提要 部分原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)可在常规超声下呈不显示状态, 对于该类HCC因常规超声无法准确定位而难以对其实施射频消融(radiofrequency ablation, RFA)治疗. 超声造影可清晰显示该类HCC, 并引导RFA顺利实施, 成为一种引导RFA治疗的新手段.
