| 核心内容提要 |
本文通过对13例Cronkhite-Canada综合征患者的临床特点进行分析, 认为其发病多为中年以后多见, 临床表现可见胃肠道多发息肉及伴有外胚层的改变. 目前治疗内科治疗可以采用激素治疗、粪菌移植治疗及营养支持治疗. |
