急性期腹型过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura, HSP)患儿Th17、Tc17细胞表达增高, IL-17在全身及肠黏膜局部一致性表达增高, 提示IL-17与腹型HSP的发病及肠黏膜损伤具有相关性;患儿肠道双歧杆菌数量减少, 双歧杆菌/大肠杆菌比值<1, 提示肠道菌群失调与腹型HSP发病机制有关. |
