核心内容提要	本文通过回顾性分析1758例急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis, AP)是患者的临床资料, 按年龄分组统计发现, 中青年酒精性、高脂血症性胰腺炎的发病率最高; 老年患者病死率高, 且多以恶心为最突出的临床表现; 当未成年患者出现不明原因的呕吐、腹胀时应警惕AP.
