溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)是一种临床常见疾病, UC患者通常需要外源补充维生素B12(Vitamin B12, VitB12)以缓解部分症状. 氰钴胺和甲钴胺作为VitB12衍生物对UC有不同的影响, 甲钴胺能改善小鼠UC的症状, 对肠粘膜具有保护作用, 而氰钴胺则对小鼠UC有加重损害的作用. |
