色素框同源物 2(chromobox homolog 2, CBX2)在胃癌(gastric cancer, GC)细胞中的表达量高于正常胃粘膜上皮细胞的表达量, GC组织中CBX2 mRNA及蛋白的表达量高于与其配对的癌旁组织并且CBX2在GC组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织, 证明了CBX2蛋白的表达与GC患者的疾病转归存在联系. |
