核心内容提要	非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)是一种与糖尿病、代谢综合征等密切相关的疾病, 由于发病机制的复杂性, 迄今尚缺乏公认的诊断标准和治疗方案. “多重打击”较为全面概括了NAFLD的发病机制, 而且针对其中关键的分子与信号通路已有大量研究, 对于开发NAFLD理想的诊断标志物以及靶向治疗药物提供了证据和应用前景.
