| 核心内容提要 |
胰腺癌对糖尿病是病因还是结果一直存在争议。本研究通过对胰腺癌患者糖尿病的发病年龄及病程等的研究，发现糖尿病患者中胰腺癌的发病率显著高于一般人群，提示糖尿病可能导致胰腺癌；而且血糖升高也可能作为胰腺癌的早期表现之一，尤其是对于2年内新发诊断糖尿病或短时间血糖波动较大的老年患者要高度警惕胰腺癌患病的可能性。 |
