胃癌患者术前前白蛋白（Prealbumin,PA）与纤维蛋白原（Fibrinogen,Fib）比值（PA/F值）与年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期和神经血管侵犯相关，低PA/F值组表现出患者年龄更大、肿瘤最大径更大、分化程度更差、浸润深度更深、TNM分期更晚和更易神经脉管侵犯。且PA/F值与多种免疫营养指标呈相关性。PA/F值可作为胃癌患者术前临床病理特征的判断指标，其值≤9.07提示肿瘤分期相对较差。 |
