核心内容提要	我们的研究通过匹配两组的年龄和性别后，探讨了甲状腺功能和非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)的关联．我们的研究发现在甲状腺功能正常的慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B, CHB)患者中，升高的促甲状腺激素和降低的游离甲状腺素是NAFLD发生的独立预测因素，并且促甲状腺激素水平也和肝脂肪变严重程度相关．该研究结果有助于我们在CHB患者中对NAFLD发生的早期预测，因其合并NAFLD会干扰抗病毒疗效，同时NAFLD的早期发现也有助于降低心血管和癌症风险，特别是在甲状腺功能减退的患者中．
