核心内容提要	近年来, 有研究发现口服S-1方案较静脉注射FOLFOX4/FOLFIRI方案治疗转移性结直肠癌(metastatic colorectal cancer, mCRC)具有比较好的疗效, 但此类研究样本量太少, 目前尚无多中心、双盲、大样本、随机的对照实验的出现且无国内关于此类的随机对照研究和系统性评价. 本研究旨在运用Meta分析的研究方法系统性评价口服S-1方案在治疗mCRC中的治疗效果和安全性, 进而提供循证医学相关的依据.
