消化道瘘的治疗至今仍是临床上的一大挑战. 随着内镜技术的进步, 内镜下微创治疗消化道瘘亦逐步发展, 与外科手术难度高、创伤大、花费多相比, 采用经肛窦道腔内双腔胃管置入, 并以金属夹固定进行持续冲洗是一种微创、简便、经济且有效的治疗结直肠瘘的方法. |
