核心内容提要	本实验创新性的构建pcDNA3.1-ARHI质粒, 通过细胞转染技术转染MKN28细胞株,研究结果提示: ARHI基因过表达可抑制胃癌细胞MKN28的增殖, 促进细胞凋亡, 这可能与ARHI基因高表达后导致磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B通路中的血管内皮生长因子、磷酸化蛋白激酶B蛋白表达降低有关. 这将为临床治疗提供给新的基因靶点.
