| 核心内容提要 |
随着对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)研究的全面开展, 众多证据表明肝外并发病多于肝病的并发病, 因此提出了心-肝轴和心-脑轴的概念, 引起了肝病和心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD)学者们的广泛重视和兴趣. 现已确定NAFLD时心血管不良事件主要包括冠状动脉疾病、高血压、亚临床动脉粥样硬化、心脏结构改变(左心室肥厚、心外膜脂肪厚度增加)、瓣膜钙化、舒张功能障碍和心律失常, 最终导致心梗、心衰、脑卒中等严重并发症发生. 本文针对NAFLD与CVD的相关性、发病机制作了全面综述, 强调需进一步明确发病机制, 提出新的、疗效确切的防治策略是今后几年研究的中心环节. |
