新型冠状病毒(coronavirus disease-2019, COVID-19)肺炎合并肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血病情危笃, 尤其是因为在COVID-19肺炎疫情特殊时期, 多数COVID-19肺炎定点医疗机构不具备行内镜诊疗设备及护防条件, 使其治疗异常棘手. 因此, 要比平时更加准确、到位地对病情进行评估, 更加积极地做好预案, 只有这样才能使此类患者得到更加及时、有力的救治. |
