银杏内酯B(ginkgolide B, GB)能改善高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)小鼠的肝损伤、肝细胞脂肪变性和脂质蓄积, 并减弱肝脏炎症和内质网应激反应, 提示GB是抗NAFLD的潜在药物. |
