核心内容提要	原发性肝癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤之一, 发病率居全球第五位, 死亡率为第三位, 我国发病率占全球50%以上, 大多发现时已属中晚期, 而且大部分合并严重的肝炎后肝硬化, 手术切除后易复发, 尤其以手术区域即残肝断面的复发最为常见, 我们提出肝癌切除术中联合应用射频消融处理残肝断面的方法在降低术后肿瘤局部复发率、提高患者无瘤生存时间等方面的临床实践中, 取得了初步积极预防作用, 建议临床推广应用.
