| 核心内容提要 |
新型冠状病毒肺炎已经发展为全球大流行性疾病, 有超过200个国家和地区的207万以上人感染. 该病主要经呼吸道飞沫和密切接触传播, 但是部分患者具有消化道症状, 人消化道存在血管紧张素转化酶2病毒受体, 粪便中能够检测到病毒核酸与分离培养到活的病毒, 胃肠道上皮细胞中能够检测到病毒复制. 因此, 新型冠状病毒存在经消化道感染与传播的潜在风险, 应加强确证研究与有效防控. |
