| 核心内容提要 |
肠道菌群被认为是炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)发病机制的关键影响因素, 具有抵抗肠道菌群失衡和调节宿主基本生命活动和免疫反应的作用. 可富集益生菌或抑制有害菌的药物具有巨大的治疗IBD的潜力, 而利用人体菌群相关动物模型、粪便移植技术、多组学技术和微生物分子技术等可有效地阐明肠道菌群改变和药物治疗IBD的因果关系, 是未来IBD治疗药物研究的重点领域. |
