核心内容提要	真核生物细胞中的无膜区室是通过生物大分子如核酸、蛋白质凝聚发生“液-液”相分离(liquid-liquid phase separation, LLPS)后形成的. 它参与基因表达调控和细胞信号转导等多个生理过程. LLPS结构的失调与神经退行性疾病及肿瘤相关.
